On Friday 12 September 2025, a group of 6 Editorial Board and staff members from the journal Science & Technology Asia (STA), Thammasat University, visited the Chiang Mai Journal of Science (CMJS). The main purpose of their visit was to exchange ideas and information which could help them in their efforts to upgrade their STA journal for indexing in the Web of Science and for obtaining a journal impact factor. The STA group were warmly welcomed by the CMJS Editor-in-Chief (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wasu Pathom-aree), Associate Editors (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jaroon Jakmunee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichart Limpichaipanit and Dr. Robert Molloy) and Editorial Assistant (Ms. Narisara Vitvongkungval).
