Abstract
This article provides a brief overview of thermal spraying processes using examples of their uses in Thai industries. These include solid lubricant coating for polymer and rubber processing, sacrificial anode coating for the corrosion protection of large structures, ceramic coating for the food industry, hard coating for severe sliding wear in cable and wire production and wear resistant coatings for high temperature applications.
