Abstract
Since the class of quotient rings is contained in the class of quotient semirings, in this paper, we will make an intensive study of theproperties of quotient semirings as compared to similar properties of quotient rings. The main aim of this paper is that of extending some well-known theorems in the theory of quotient rings to the theory quotient semirings.
